Momentum FSM Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy governs all access to and use of Momentum FSM and is incorporated into the Terms of Service.
2. Compliance with Laws
Users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, industry requirements, licensing obligations, privacy laws, consumer protection laws, employment laws, and communication regulations.
3. Fraud and Deceptive Practices
Users may not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, unlawful, or unethical conduct through the platform.
4. Communications Compliance
Users may not send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, unlawful marketing communications, or messages without legally required consent. Compliance with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and similar laws is the user's responsibility.
5. Customer Data
Users may only upload, store, or process information they have a legal right to collect and use.
6. User Content Restrictions
Users may not upload content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, threatening, abusive, infringing, obscene, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful.
7. Intellectual Property
Users may not infringe copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, rights of publicity, or other intellectual property rights.
8. AI Usage Restrictions
AI-assisted features may not be used to generate unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, harassing, discriminatory, or harmful content. Human review remains required.
9. Security Restrictions
Users may not attempt unauthorized access, credential theft, privilege escalation, penetration testing without authorization, malware distribution, or interference with platform security.
10. Reverse Engineering
Users may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, benchmark, copy, or attempt to derive source code or proprietary methods.
11. Automated Access
Unauthorized bots, scraping tools, automated extraction systems, and abusive automation are prohibited.
12. High-Risk Activities
The platform may not be used where failure could reasonably result in death, personal injury, significant property damage, or critical infrastructure disruption.
13. Payment Abuse
Users may not use the platform for money laundering, payment fraud, transaction laundering, card testing, deceptive billing practices, or prohibited payment activities.
14. Restricted Businesses
Momentum FSM may prohibit certain business types, industries, or activities that create legal, regulatory, financial, reputational, or operational risks.
15. Resource Abuse
Users may not excessively consume system resources, disrupt service availability, interfere with other users, or attempt denial-of-service activities.
16. Enforcement
Shiver Software LLC may investigate violations, remove content, suspend accounts, terminate services, cooperate with legal authorities, and take any action reasonably necessary to protect the platform.
17. Reporting Violations
Users are encouraged to report suspected abuse, fraud, security issues, or policy violations to support@starservice.com.
18. No Right to Continued Service
Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination without notice.
19. Changes
Shiver Software LLC may modify this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated policies.
